Rönesans has completed construction of the 50-room Al-Burdi hotel and Resort on a gross construction area of 3,500 m2 on the Eastern Libyan shores ın 88 days.

The hotel, namely, the first project completed by Rönesans in Nigeria, consists of 12 floors, 128 rooms, 2 presidential suits, meeting halls, a spa center, restaurants, night clubs and a tennis court.
